This coffee is sourced from family coffee farms in the regions of Karnataka, Southern India. What makes this coffee special is that its grown under the shade of peppers, cardamom, and various fruit crops. After this unique coffee is picked its processed in the Malabar coast and exposed to the rainy monsoon months from June-September, which causes the beans to fade in colour and swell. In this cup you can expect a Full Body, low on acidity, sweet finish and adds a very nice crema when brewed as espresso.
